Hi Cathy, I was at the MI KidsLib Conference last week and during the Breakout session about passive programming we were discussing whether statistics from passive programs should be counted and reported to boards. I'm curious what the state requirement is for active vs. passive program statistics and at what point does a passive program become considered part of programming statistics?
