Curious what you all are charging for patron faxes (not interested in self-service fax machines, only fees for your staff to be involved in the faxing). Sending, per page - do you have a max fee/fax? Receiving, per page - do you have a max fee/fax? We are seeing quite a few courts document related faxes that are 20+ pages and the fee for those faxes seems out of line with the amount of work our staff are putting into the sending of them. We're looking at adding a max fee/fax and I'm curious as to what other libraries are doing regarding fees for this service. Many thanks!
