Thanks to all who reached out over the past week to alert me to an issue with the certificate of completion not appearing for download once the MeL Maven training was finished. After troubleshooting, the MeL team was able to discover a
glitch within Niche. To the best of my knowledge, this was an isolated incident and occurred for a brief period of time. I am grateful to the library staff at Redford Township District Library and Farmington Community Library for their assistance. Because
of their willingness to take time out to answer questions, we discovered the root issue.
If you were one of the individuals who completed the MeL Maven training and didn’t see the “download certificate” button appear on the main page afterward, please contact Barb Williams at
WilliamsB39@michigan.gov. She will go into the administrative side of Niche and will manually trigger the button to appear. In addition, if there are any other issues you encounter, please don’t hesitate to contact
