[Michlib-l] QuickBooks accounting help

Hello, again! I need help from anyone who is a QuickBooks expert! We have been using QB since the beginning of the year. It is great for our bookkeeper, but I am still struggling with it. I need to know how to create and maintain a budget (I tried to follow the directions in "the missing manual," but I can't make it work!). I'm not sure if it can do what I want it to, or if I'm trying to make it do something it's not designed for. Your assistance - off-list - will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
