We use Unique Management and the cost is $8.95 per patron. Yes, we pass the cost onto the patron and actually add another $1.05 to the patron’s record for the cost. So the total amount charged to the patron for debt collection is $10.00.

we use a collection agency and are quite happy with them. For anyone who does use a collection agency do you pass their costs on to the errant patron? We pay 9.95 per patron to list them with the agency. thanks.
