Divorce and Kids

Westland Public Library, Tuesday, Mar. 18, 6:30-8pm

Parents and children are invited to a special screening of the new DVD, "Split: Divorce Through Kids' Eyes" (30 minutes). Healing from a separation and divorce is not simple or quick.  This program will help you see things through the eyes of your kids and help you ease them through their feelings.  Parents and children, ages 4 & up, will view the short DVD together.  Then, children will go to the Activity Room for an art project while parents stay for information and discussion with family therapist, Jenna Zimmerman, LLMFT.  Afterwards, parents and children are invited to enjoy a snack together.
