In SE MI, I highly recommend Mary Spencer of Taste, A Cook's Place. She has done two cooking classes for us, Instant Pot cooking and Sheet Pan dinners. Patron's love her. She will be back in the fall for Cast Iron skillet cooking. She's an excellent teacher, demonstration style, and provides good size samples for the attendees.
