Subject: [Michlib-l] Use of your facilty
 
 I am Nancy Taylor, the Field Supervisor at the U.S. Census Bureau in the Chicago Office.  My home base is in Oakland County, Michigan and am reaching out to the Libraries in Michigan to assist us with the use of their facility in the tri county area of Michigan for these dates: Thursday March 4th and Monday March 8th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 P.M.  We need a space to assist us in getting new hires thru the hiring process.  The room would need to accommodate no more than 5-10 people at a  time.  Individuals will come and meet with me at prearranged times.

I will need 1 table and a few chairs. I will be practicing the CDC guidelines; wearing my mask and social distancing.  The new hires would see me if they had questions or needed help with the Hiring packet but would not be staying for any length of time.
