Willard Library in Battle Creek, Michigan is hiring a full-time Youth Services Librarian to spark discovery, growth, and connection with children and teens. A bachelor’s degree is required, and while an MLIS is not required, it’s certainly welcome!

We offer a competitive salary—commensurate with experience, starting at $46,891—plus excellent benefits, including health insurance and a defined benefit pension.

In this role, you’ll design and lead enriching programs such as storytimes, babytimes, and other interactive early literacy activities. You’ll also curate and maintain a vibrant, age-appropriate children’s collection that inspires a lifelong love of reading among young patrons.
