This past month we hosted a very successful and relaxing Sound Healing Meditation Experience with Integrative Sound Healer Practitioner Instructor, Tammie Hayes. She used different kinds of musical instruments and vibrations to promote relaxed meditation and healing. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and engaging with the patrons.
