[Michlib-l] Strategic Plans

Greetings, everyone! My board has asked me to find out how other libraries go about creating their strategic plans. Specifically, have you used an outside consultant or handled it all in-house? We are a Class II library, btw, and have never had a strategic plan in place. I believe it's time! Anyway, many thanks for any help you can provide!
