Director of Strategy and Engagement - Jefferson County Public Library (CO) Jefferson County Public Library<https://jeffcolibrary.org/> (CO) is looking for a standout leader to be our next Director of Strategy and Engagement. In this position, you will help advance our mission, vision and values through the development of integrated strategic solutions and the implementation of an efficient planning and budgeting process. As an integral member of the Executive Team, this position is responsible for strategic internal and external relationships, internal and external communications, and the utilization of research, data and analytics. This position also directs and oversees budget and finance, promotions and marketing, system wide strategic planning, project management, brand oversight, community relations, key strategic partnerships and community engagement for JCPL. Still interested? This position is also responsible for managing media relations and crisis communications, responding to CORA requests and serving as the library's primary spokesperson. Minimum qualifications are a Master's Degree in business, public administration, communications, library science or equivalent education and work experience and a minimum of five years of progressively responsible management experience in strategy, communications, or budgeting including direct supervision of professional staff.
