To the Collective Michigan Library Mind,
We are starting to plan for the accessible website requirement coming up in April 2026 for those of you with populations over 50,000, and in April 2027 for those of us, like our district, that serves under
50,000.
We currently use Ploud, and it’s okay, but we want to explore other options and are hoping for some suggestions, insights, sites to avoid at all costs, etc. Please share your Good, Bad, and Ugly stories about
website design companies.
One site we are looking at in particular is Streamline. We have heard some good things about the ease of their site for the user and for making sure it meets the requirements. If you have had first-hand experience
with Streamline, I would appreciate your thoughts on it as an actual user.
Thank you, and Happy Fig Newton Day!
Lisa
