Regards, We are currently receiving many DVD and other material requests from MeL libraries. We are experiencing load issues and have been told by MeL staff to allow requests we can't fill to auto-cancel. We request your patience, but please contact us if your patron "needs" the material - i.e. school, job, etc. and we will try to move the request into the outgoing materials.
