Ditto with Tecumseh! All of our Harry Potter books are in the J Fiction section, and after considering the cataloging options for the newest title, I simply added it to the existing Harry Potter series collection, basically for the convenience of all. As Cindy noted, to do otherwise would be confusing to the patron. Our six copies are experiencing a healthy circulation with patrons of all ages! Having it in with the plays in non-fiction and under Thorne would be a recipe for it to vanish from the patron eye. For more information, please call 517-629-3993 or visit us at 501 S. We just received the new Harry Potter "book." I put it in quotes because it is a script, not a story in the more traditional sense. My inclination is to put it in the ADULT FICTION collection, although since it is a script, it could also go into non-fiction (822). There are only a couple of other libraries in MeL who have it, and they're split about 50/50. I appreciate any thoughts / suggestions. Thanks in advance.
