I didn't get a lot of responses to my last email and I am wondering if there was some concern with the discussion in a semi-public forum. To hopefully help with this, I created a survey with just a couple of questions regarding library policy on lifetime bans so libraries can respond anonymously. I will be happy to share the results with the group.
