Release of Proposed Michigan K-12 Computer Science Standards for Public Comment and Upcoming Public Information Sessions

The Michigan Department of Education (MDE) is seeking public comment on proposed K-12 Computer Science (CS) Standards and would like to gather input through an online public comment survey and public information sessions. The online public comment survey is open January 14, 2019 through February 20, 2019. The proposed CS Standards and online public comment survey link can be found at www.michigan.gov/mde-cs. These are new content standards that have never been in place in Michigan.
