At Otsego County Library / Gaylord, we do because the library IS their kids’ library. 

Staff members usually help make sure their own kids do what they need to do to earn prizes (like a coach would do for their own kids).  We try to have other staff members verify reading logs, etc to qualify the kids for prizes.
