[Michlib-l] Libraries filing their own annual disclosure?

Do any of your libraries file your own annual disclosure (on debt bonds?) We have been using our Financial Management firm to file ours but I feel like I may be able to do this process myself and save ODL some money. The cost has gotten pretty high and I fill in all the information on it in for them anyways. It may be just a matter of knowing where to file it and when.
