Hi Team,

As we look to the future, and data and data sharing become a bigger part of our jobs, we need to look at it through a racial equity lens.  This toolkit brings up many questions and ways to look at data and data collection to make sure we are doing our best job possible to bring racial equity to the table.

"Centering racial equity is not a single, discrete step. Our Toolkit for Centering Racial Equity Throughout Data Integration describes positive and problematic practices for centering racial equity across the six stages of the data life cycle:

2. Data collection
3. Data access
4. Use of algorithms and statistical tools
5. Data analysis
6. Reporting and dissemination"
