Learn to play Magic: The Gathering, the popular trading card game, at a free, beginner-friendly workshop on Saturday, September 19, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Detroit Public Library's Jefferson Branch.
Participants will learn the basics of the game, receive a starter deck to keep, and play guided practice matches in a welcoming environment. No experience is required, and all materials are provided.
