Karren Reish Library Grants Coordinator Library of Michigan 517-241-0021 reishk@michigan.gov<mailto:reishk@michigan.gov> ________________________________ Date: December 15, 2014 at 12:45:30 PM EST Subject: 12/17 webinar on "P3" evaluation for disconnected youth programs In late November we shared information about new federal funding available through Performance Partnership Pilots (P3) for Disconnected Youth. The P3 initiative will enable up to 10 pilots to blend funds that they already receive from different programs administered by the Departments of Education, Labor, and Health and Human Services, the Corporation for National and Community Service, and IMLS. In response to participant questions from the first P3 webinar<https://www.workforce3one.org/view/5001427539847497608/info> held on December 1, the Department of Labor is holding a follow-up webinar on the role of evaluation in P3, which will address questions such as: * What are the requirements for all pilots related to evaluation? * What evaluation activities are optional but will make my proposal more competitive? * What's the difference between the national P3 evaluation and a site-specific P3 evaluation? * What resources are available to help with the evaluation components of the application? The webinar is scheduled for December 17, 2014 from 2:30 to 3:30 pm, EST. To register for the webinar, access the Workforce3One website<https://www.workforce3one.org/> and create an account<https://www.workforce3one.org/register.aspx>.
