Couple additional questions: What percentage or dollar figure do you use to calculate longevity pay increases (i.e. the year to year step increases? And, how do you calculate COLA, if you do give it? Do you use the Federal COLA for SSI/SSA? Do you use some combination of CPI? If so, which? Thanks again.
