Hello Library Partners,

This is a friendly reminder that Library Partnership for At-Home Test program is available to provide free at home COVID-19 test kits to Michigan residents. Households are eligible to receive up to 5 free at-home test kits from participating library partners while supplies last.

Additionally, the State of Michigan has a surplus of at home tests that are set to expire 5/31/2025. There is no expiration date extension for these tests and the date listed on the outside of the box should be adhered to. If your site can support timely distribution of the short-dated tests, please state in the “optional feedback” section how many you would like to receive (these tests come in quantities of 16).

Participating libraries can order over the counter test kits using the Michigan COVID-19 Over-the-Counter Test Request Form.

Respectfully,

Community Health Innovation & Promotion Section
