I got this email from Jacquelyn Green at the Indianapolis Public Library. They have project for Library Card Sign-Up Week that's really cool:
My name is Jacquelyn Green, I am the Circulation Coordinator at a library in Indianapolis, Indiana.
I am trying to collect as many inactive (blank) library cards as possible.
We (The Circulation Manager and I) are working on a project for the
upcoming Library Card Sign-up Month and would love to add one of yours
to our collection.
We believe this collection would illustrate to patrons the vast number
of libraries there are, and what a significant part they play in the
communities they serve.
If replying, please address it to me and I would be grateful if you
could pass this on to other libraries in your district, county, or
state.
As we are hoping to get as many library cards as we can before the month
of September, to participate in the exhibit "Library Cards from Around
the World”!
