Hello,

I am in need of help from the library hive mind.  Does anyone have a good policy written for expending federal funds and meeting all the associated criteria (Davis Bacon, procurement, Suspension and Debarment, etc.) that they would be willing to share?

We have a LEO grant that is funded by the feds.  The state’s compliance people would like a formal policy, but are being a bit coy about providing any examples of what this would actually look like.
