[Michlib-l] Patrons asking for dictation

Hi all, In the past month or so, three different patrons have come in asking for one of the staff members to type what they're dictating. The main issue is that it takes staff time away from other duties. How do other libraries handle this sort of thing? -- Katrina Schultz Library/Technical Staff Crawford County Library
