I now realize I forgot to include Valerie Marvin's contact info. She can be reached at: VMarvin@legislature.mi.gov

Hello Library Land,

We recently hosted Valerie Marvin, the official curator and Capitol historian for the Michigan State Capitol. I was genuinely surprised at how entertaining and passionate she was during her Zoom presentation, especially considering it was on the day of the storm, Feb. 22nd. She gave a presentation on “America’s Greatest Capitol Architect: E.E. Myers,” and was very informative both during the lecture and afterward for a brief Q & A. She’s an amazing presenter and I highly recommend her.

If my last paragraph didn’t entice you, she presents all of her lectures for free.
