[Michlib-l] Getting rid of Dewey

Hello, We are reviewing the options of redoing our juvenile/tween non-fiction without using the Dewey system. We're searching for resources others have found useful and beneficial in doing a similar project. If you have eliminated Dewey, would you please share resources you found helpful? Also let us know the benefits/downfalls you discovered along the way too (did it increase use of the collection, made it easier or harder to find topics, etc.). Thank you.
