QuickBooks Online Plus, 1-Year Subscription, 5 Users is a great deal for public libraries. Cost is only $75 per year if you can get approved through TechSoup.

As per the rules for this product on TechSoup, "Organizations may request one subscription product within the lifetime of the organization." I will be bird-dogging that yearly bill to make sure it is paid early every year.
