Hello:

A Federal court in Texas has approved a nationwide injunction for the FLSA Overtime amendments that were due to go into effect on December 1. This means the rules will NOT be in effect on December 1 for any state.

The injunction is in effect until otherwise ordered or amended by a further order of the court.

I have forwarded an article, which also appends a copy of the order, below.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if i can be of any assistance!

Thanks!
Clare
