In Motivating Employees to Be Their Best, supervisors and managers of all levels will learn how to tailor your leadership and communication style to establish a collaborative, inspiring work environment that keeps your employees challenged and motivated. This engaging, collaborative virtual workshop is Thursday, April 6, from 10am-3pm on Zoom. Learning to Manage for New Managers will help new supervisors and managers set yourself up for success as you transition into your new role, while learning to successfully handle staff, projects, performance, conflict, and yourself - all in a supportive online learning environment.
