[Michlib-l] Annual Director Evaluations

Hello All, If you are the director of your library, how does your board of trustees manage your annual review? Do you meet with the Personnel Committee as a whole? Do the trustees conduct the annual review at a regularly scheduled board meeting as a group? I am interested to learn how other libraries manage this. Thanks a bunch.
