[Michlib-l] Covid employee retention strategies

Just wondering if any libraries and their boards have created a strategy to help with employee retention during Covid? As you know wages in non library jobs are increasing. We are looking at strategies to keep the employees we have and not lose them to other employers. What are you doing or thinking about doing...
