[Michlib-l] Answer to annual snowfall question!

Well, I wanted to let everyone know how very helpful they were in pointing me to the right direction! I ended up finding it where I started, at NOAA. They have another area that is connected called the National Climatic Data Center http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/ . Still not the most user-friendly, but I was able to answer the question posted to me.
