In 2022, MeLCat welcomed five new libraries: * Benton Harbor Public Library * Chelsea District Library * College for Creative Studies * Crystal Falls District Community Library * Kalamazoo Valley Community College More than 1 million items were requested by patrons throughout the state of Michigan. August 2022 was the busiest month, with patrons placing a whopping 98,567 MeLCat requests! Altogether in 2022, more than 974,000 items were loaned out to patrons all over Michigan. Capital Area District Library 2. Genesee District Library 3. Monroe County Library System 4. Rochester Hills Public Library 5. Kent District Library While the top five borrowers were: 1. Capital Area District Library 2. Kent District Library 3. Monroe County Library System 4. Ann Arbor District Library 5.
