Thursday, November 4, at 7:00 pm EDT, the Clarke Historical Library at Central Michigan University will host the final presentation of the Clarke’s Virtual Fall Speakers Series.
Rita Williams-Garcia has enlightened audiences, from middle-grade readers to adults, with her award-winning novels, including
One Crazy Summer, P.S. Be Eleven, A Sitting in St. James (her most recent book), and more. Learn about her life and work as well as the stories behind her novels during this special event, made possible by the David M. and Eunice Sutherland
Burgess Endowment.
This presentation is free and open to the public. The event will be broadcast via Central Michigan University’s videoconferencing tool, Webex, and it will be recorded to
