[Michlib-l] Fine Free

Afternoon! I am reaching out to libraries that have gone fine free and want to know your experiences with that initiative-good and bad. Or if your library was considering going fine free, what was the deciding factor to not go in that direction. If anyone else is interested , I am happy to collect responses.
