full-time position offering an opportunity to support and enhance the library’s technology infrastructure.
Position: Computer Administrator I (Full-Time)
Location: Livonia Public Library
Hours: Full-Time (Includes some evenings and weekends as needed)
Salary:$54,828.80 - $63,689.60 Annually

About the Role:
The Computer Administrator I will be responsible for managing and maintaining the library’s computer systems, network infrastructure, and digital services. This role includes troubleshooting technical issues, supporting staff and public computing needs,
and ensuring a secure and efficient technology environment for the library.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and support library computer systems, networks, and software.

Provide technical assistance to staff and patrons.

Manage cybersecurity measures and data integrity.

Collaborate with library staff to improve technology services.

Oversee technology upgrades and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:

Experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of computer networks, software, and security best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
