The Livonia Public Library (LPL) is seeking a Librarian II to be the manager for our Circulation and Technical Services units. We are seeking applicants that are customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is
positive and optimistic and is forward thinking manager who can work collaboratively with members of the library management team and Staff.
Based out of the Bennett Civic Center Library this position will lead a clerical staff of part and full time employees across two locations. This position will be instrumental in carrying out the LPL's newly minted strategic plan and creating a consistent level
of excellent customer service.
This position requires
some evening and weekend hours. Full-time with excellent benefits.
