Summer Reading Buddies
Join the conversation to refine the 2026 slogan suggestions for the theme of Dinosaurs!

We encourage State Reps and all members that have an interest in wordsmithing to join the call to discuss your favorites slogan suggestions.  During and after the sessions we will have resources available for you to share your input through discussion, chat or using a Google doc. This session will inform the final list to be submitted for copyright vetting.

Social & Emotional Health Programs at Public Libraries

The CSLP's Child & Community Well-Being Committee has been collecting examples of library programming that promotes social and emotional health. A compilation of programs submitted by public libraries around the US is now available. It includes an array of library programs for various age groups, from early childhood through seniors, plus multigenerational programs. If you’re looking for program ideas to enhance your “All Together Now” summer programming, or for any time of year, take a look! Don’t wait until the last minute to order items from the CSLP Shop! There are incentives like vinyl stickers, hats, and water bottles, as well as program supports like reading logs and bookmarks. Make sure to check out items from our licensed partners such as the brag tags featuring Frank Morrison’s art from School Life and the collaborative sticker art projects from Stick Together.

As a reminder CSLP is a non-profit organization that generates revenue by selling the products offered in its catalog and online storefront. Revenue generated is used to support CSLP’s mission, fund future programs, and to cover operating costs. We encourage you to read over the CSLP Rules of Use that govern how CSLP’s trademarks and copyrighted material (Intellectual Properties) may be used. 

Finally, keep an eye out for some exciting new products and redesigns using the 2024 slogan Adventure Begins At Your Library coming this fall!
