This session focuses on helping library staff reconnect with purpose, meaning, and fulfillment in their roles. This session highlights small, sustainable practices that support morale, motivation, and a renewed sense of impact in public service work.

Using Play to Increase Staff Engagement – Friday, October 9, 11 am – 12 pm EST

In this session, we’ll examine how experiential and interactive learning strategies can enhance staff development. This session introduces practical approaches for making training more engaging, participatory, and memorable.

Designing Experiential Learning and Dialogue Programs – Friday, November 6, 11 am – 12 pm EST

This session introduces participatory facilitation models that support collective learning and innovation. Participants will explore tools such as World Café conversations and other dialogue-based approaches for piloting ideas, gathering staff insight, and fostering collaborative problem-solving.
