Dear Deb,
We have important information to share regarding BusinessDecision. We are working on an exciting project to migrate BusinessDecision to a new platform with new data sources,
a new look and feel, and other updates. We will make the changes in two to three stages over the summer months.
The first stage is to migrate BusinessDecision to a new platform at Esri. This migration will happen on Friday, 6/27, after 5:00 pm PDT. The change will be transparent to
your end users with one exception--thematic maps will not be available in this version. Thematic maps will be restored as soon as the next stage of migration takes place this summer (see details below). We apologize for this temporary interruption in service.
The second migration will happen later this summer. With the move to BusinessDecision 3.0, a number of changes will take place.

Thematic maps will be restored and expanded as part of the new application design.

New data sets will be added to BusinessDecision including expanded consumer expenditure data and expanded business and employee data.

The BusinessDecision interface will be updated and refreshed.

We are investigating the feasibility of quarterly data updates.
We are excited about the upcoming changes and will provide more details on our migration schedule and data sources over the next few weeks.
