This PDF is from a presentation made by the Michigan Consumers for Healthcare recently.  For those interested in finding partners in their communities I’ve highlighted some of the pages within the file that may be of help.

For those that would like to find a local partner to invite to present a session or to help provide information to patrons I would take a look at the specific pages listed below to find names of organizations serving your region.

The entire presentation is very helpful but now that the four main Navigators have been funded they will each be working with additional Regional Lead Navigators around the state and those on-the-ground organizations may be better able to respond to requests for presentations and in-person sessions.

Page 8 – shows a map of Michigan with the ten regions that are used to provide services.

Page 13 – shows a map of Michigan by county and the number of languages spoken in each county.

Page 18 – shows a general list of places or people that can assist consumers in Michigan.

Page 29 - shows the Regions (from page 8) and the Regional Lead Navigators for that geographic area.

Page 30 – explains the role of Regional Lead Navigators
