Hello neighbor libraries,
We just had an excellent presentation at our library called "Clean Eating: Protect Your Wellbeing in a Processed World."  Deborah Lieder is a local chef focused on whole foods for a healthy lifestyle.  She was knowledgeable, engaging, and explained some of the cell science behind highly processed foods and their effects on our bodies.  She touched on GMOs, pesticides, and the pros and cons of today's most popular diets.  Overall, it was an excellent wellbeing segment that I highly recommend to our neighbor libraries.  Deborah was reasonably priced and absolutely wonderful!

Here's a scan of her business card if anyone would like to contact her for a segment.
