Hello all--<br><br>I received many responses to my request for information about the composition of library board committees.  Though I do attend all of the committee meetings as the staff rep, agenda creator and minute taker, other staff members have attended as well and that is creating some problems.  As staff membership is not included in the board by-laws, I&#39;ll request that we follow those by-laws and see what happens.  I believe I&#39;ll get some push back but for the health of the institution, the change is needed.<br>
