The new email address for Michlib-l also dumped into my Gmail spam folder. What I did was: 1. Select all the Michlib-l emails and mark them as spam, which moved them to my Gmail inbox. 2. Created a filter for the new email address and made sure "Never send to spam" is checked. (I also funnel all Michlib-l emails to a specific folder.) Now, when emails from Michlib-l come in, Gmail knows not to mark them as spam and moves them to my destination folder. Hope this helps! 1. Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email. 2. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add. 3. Enter michlib-l@liblists.org and click Save.
Outlook (Classic)
1. Open the email. 2. Go to Home > Three Dot Menu > Junk 3. Select *Never Block this Group or Mailing List* 4. Add to Safe list and click Save.
Other E-Mail Providers
1. Seach for instructions on "how to add a safe sender in [Your Email Provider]"
