Hello, library friends & neighbors!

I am in the early stages of planning a staff training day for our very small workforce (we are a class II library). Just wondering what other small libraries have found to be beneficial for an in-house training, or any larger facilities willing to share.

I'd love to hear your experiences and I'm happy to compile responses if anyone is interested.
