may have heard about gratitude challenges that frequently take place on social media in November, such as sharing something you are grateful for each day to celebrate Thanksgiving all month long. When I worked with students, I encouraged them to start a gratitude
journal as part of the social-emotional learning class I taught. Whatever the mode, focusing on what we have can keep us grounded in the present rather than lamenting about the past or worrying about the future.
