Essential Job Functions Responsibilities include providing reference assistance in person at the library, over the phone and via chat. Responsibilities also include collection development. Requirements Minimum of M.A. or M.S. in library science or information studies with a program specialization in information and library science, both from an American Library Association- accredited program.
